The PlateRun driver app
Everything a driver needs for each collection and delivery, in the order they need it. For Android 7 and newer.
What drivers do with it
- See their jobs, with the addresses, dates and your notes
- Give an ETA, and say when they're on site
- Do the appraisal: documents, tyres and tread depths, load area, with photos
- Mark damage on a diagram of the vehicle, with a photo of each mark
- Photograph the odometer at collection and delivery
- Get the customer to sign on the phone
- Add expenses with a photo of the receipt
Made for the road
- No signal? No problem. Jobs stay on the phone and everything recorded is sent when there's a connection again.
- Location only at sign-off. The phone's position is saved with a signature so you can see where it was signed. Drivers aren't tracked.
- Simple sign-in. Callsign, your company code and a password.
- Their day by email. Drivers can be emailed their jobs for the day from the planner.
Getting your drivers set up
Add them on the Team page
Their callsign, contact details and home address. They can be emailed a link to set their own password.
They install the app
From the download page, on any Android phone running Android 7 or newer. The page walks them through it.
They sign in and go
With their callsign, your company code and their password. Jobs you allocate appear on their phone.
