Do tokens expire?
No. Tokens you buy stay on your account until you use them.
What happens if we run out?
Everything already in PlateRun keeps working, including jobs that are under way. You just can't add new jobs or people until an admin buys more, which takes a minute online.
How do we pay?
By card, online, through Stripe. Tokens are added as soon as the payment goes through.
Do you charge per user?
No monthly fee per user. Adding someone costs 20 tokens once (80p at most), and that's it.
We have a code from a leaflet. Where does it go?
Enter it when you register, or on the Tokens page afterwards, and its tokens are added to your account.
